Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

The applicant has been arraigned as accused in the crime for forging non-agricultural orders in the name of the Collector. Except this, there are no allegations against the applicant. The applicant has been arrested on 07.08.2022. He has undergone the police custody remand. Now, he is in magisterial custody remand. 3.

Considering the allegations levelled against the applicant, the nature of the offence and completing the material investigation against him, his further detention appears not appropriate. Hence, the following order :- i) The application is allowed.

912-BA-1444-22 (2) ii) Applicant Santosh Alias Ganesh Baburao Made be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.25,000/-, with one solvent surety of like amount, in C.R. No. 88 of 2022, registered with Shivaji Nagar Police Station, Latur, for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 82 of the Indian Registration Act, on condition to attend the police station as and when called on written notice.
