It is pointed out to this Court that challenge is to the order passed by the learned Tahsildar rejecting the application for seeking permission to lead evidence. However, this Court issued notice and granted stay by order dated 23.08.2024. It is pointed out that the main proceeding before the Tahsildar itself was disposed off on 22.08.2024. In view of the same the writ petition has become infructuous and same is disposed off as such.
