The present writ petition has been filed for directing respondent No.2 to replace the surety in order dated 26th June, 2025 and allow the petitioner to fulfill the condition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application is pending before the competent authority for replacement of the surety.

The learned APP waives notice for all the respondents and makes a statement that such an application is pending and it would be decided within a period of one week.

We take the said statement of the learned APP as an undertaking. We dispose of the writ petition with direction to
