CORAM : V.K.JADHAV, J.

DATE : 04th January, 2021.

PC :

I have heard learned Counsel for the applicants in both the Bail Applications.

{2} Learned Counsel for the applicants seeks leave to withdraw the application on behalf of applicant no.1 Ramhari Jaising Sanap in B.A.No.1493 of 2020 and applicant - Navnath Raosaheb Sanap in B.A. No.1496 of 2020.

Thus, B.A. No.1493 of 2020, so far as applicant no.1 - Ramhari Jaising Sanap is concerned and B.A. No.1496 of 2020 fled on behalf of applicant - Navnath Raosaheb Sanap, are disposed of as withdrawn.

Learned Counsel for the applicants seeks liberty to both the applicants i.e. applicant no.1 Ramhari Jaising Sanap in B.A.No.1493 of 2020 and applicant - Navnath Raosaheb Sanap in B.A. No.1496 of 2020, to fle application for regular bail before the Sessions Court after fling of the charge sheet. Liberty is granted to both the applicants i.e. applicant no.1 Ramhari Jaising Sanap in B.A.No.1493 of 2020 and applicant - Navnath Raosaheb Sanap in B.A. No.1496 of 2020 to fle application for regular bail before the Sessions Court after fling of the charge sheet

{3} So far as applicant no.2 - Pankaj Ramhari Sanap in B.A. No.1493 of 2020 is concerned, though his name is mentioned in the First Information Report, no specifc role is attributed to him. Though the learned A.P.P. has vehemently submitted about antecedents of applicant no.2- Pankaj, however, though except his name is appearing in the First Information Report but no specifc role is attributed to him, I am inclined to release the applicant no.2 - Pankaj on bail on certain conditions. Hence, the following order:

(i) B.A. No.1493 of 2020, so far as applicant no.2- Pankaj Ramhari Sanap is concerned, is hereby partly allowed. (ii) The applicant no.2 - Pankaj Ramhari Sanap, in connection with Crime No. 246/2020, registered with Police Station, Patoda, Tq. Patoda, District Beed, for the ofences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 4 & 25 of the Indian Arms Act, be released on bail on his furnishing Personal Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rs.Fifteen Thousand) with one surety of the like amount, on the following conditions:

{4} (a) The applicant no.2 - Pankaj shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence, in any manner.

(b) The applicant no.2 - Pankaj shall attend concerned Police Station on every Sunday between 8.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m., till fling of the charge sheet.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
