The applicants are permitted to withdraw 60% of the amount in deposit inclusive of interest thereon on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The amount payable to the minor claimant be kept in fixed deposit in any nationalised bank until he attain the age of majority.
