The petitioner is not concerned with respondent no.3. The petitioner is challenging the appointment of respondent no.3 by respondent no.2. 2.

In the morning session we had opined that, in case the present petition is required to be entertained, the same would be a Public Interest Litigation and the petitioner would be directed to deposit Rs.2,00,000/-.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not in a position to deposit the amount.

The petitioner has no personal interest in the matter. It is only in the nature of public interest the matter can be entertained. Even
