In paragraph 4 of the reply filed by the respondent no.3, following statement has been made :- "4. The construction of the said Water Supply Scheme is completed and the supply of drinking water has already been started and the clean drinking water is being supplied across the city. The schedule of water supply is also being implemented and the people at large of the Dharangaon City are happy and satisfied with this. Annexed and marked hereto is "Exhibit-R-2" are the copies photographs showing the water tank and the water supply schedule."

Mr.Girase, the learned Government Pleader submits that there are reports served by the Junior Scientific Officer that the water supply scheme was a project for providing clean drinking water.

Mr.Patil, the learned counsel for the respondent no.2 Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran states that the project is complete and certain routes are under construction in the city. 4.

In view thereof, the public interest litigation is disposed of.
