After pointing out to the learned Advocate for the petitioner, he submits that he would knock the doors of appropriate authority i.e. Maharashtra Divisional Level Police Complaint Authority, in view of the Maharashtra Divisional Level Police Complaint (Administration and Procedure) Regulations, 2018, which can go into the aspects of grievance against misconduct of police personnel.
