This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // P-4.odt though this Hon'ble Court is pleased to allow the all Applications, inadvertently operative order of ABA/1885/2024 is remained to be incorporated. He pointed out that though this Court by order dated 27.09.2024 has appointed Ms. Vidya Urgunde, learned Counsel and Mr. Rahul Cheble, learned Counsel, to espouse the cause of Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in ABA/1142/2024 & 1192/2024 respectively, fees remained to be quantified.

This being inadvertent error, the prayer for speaking to minutes is allowed. Operative order of ABA/1885/2024 be incorporated in the said order. Fees of appointed Advocates be quantified at Rs. 10,000/- each to be paid by High Court Legal Services Authority Sub-Committee, Aurangabad.
