There is an innocuous prayer made in this petition inasmuch as the petitioner seeks direction to the concerned Court to dispose of S.C.C. No.96 of 2010 within a stipulated period.

We have perused the report received from the concerned Court. In our view, a reasonable time deserves to be given to the concerned court also to decide the said case.
