The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, award is passed on 25.01.2018. The petitioners have filed objection U/Sec. 3(H)(4) of the National Highways Act raising objection. Same is not yet decided.

The learned counsel appears for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and submits that, authority shall decide the objection on its own merits.

The respondent No. 2 shall decide the objection filed by the petitioners U/Sec. 3(H)(4) of the National Highways Act after

2 wp 9886.19 hearing all parties concerned, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months. The respondent No. 2 shall take further decision with regard to the disbursement of amount. 4.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
