By this application, the applicants pray for condonation of delay of 234 days and 310 days caused in bringing the LR's of deceased petitioner Nos. 2 Arjunsingh and 5 Renusingh, on record. 2.

The learned AGP and the learned Advocate for the respondent opposed the application contending that the delay is quite large. 3.

We have perused the pleadings set out in the application. It is apparent that these two petitioners have passed away during the khs/Oct. 2021/10876

- 2 - National Lock down during the Covid pandemic. The delay is neither deliberate nor inordinate.

In view of the above, this application is allowed. The applicants shall be brought on record in the writ petition on or before 28/10/2021.
