The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application wa given by the petitioner to the respondent No.2 to conduct an inquiry against the Talathi and other revenue officers and to suspend them. The respondent No.2 directed the respondent No.3 to make necessary inquiry and take appropriate action against the concerned Officers.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that the mutation entries have been wrongly effected by the revenue authorities. In that case, the petitioner has alternate remedy available under Section 247 of the M.L.R. Code to approach the Higher Authorities.

The petitioner, if, aggrieved by the fact that the respondent No.3 is not making any inquiry pursuant to the order of the respondent No.2, the petitioner may approach to the Higher Authority in that regard.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
