Learned AGP for the State informs that lapse on the part of respondent no. 5 is not intentional but as a result of lack of communication. It is further stated that the order issued by this Court in respect of presentation of reply has been complied with. Concerned respondent has tendered unconditional apology for the lapse on her part. Same is accepted.
