The petitioner has put forth prayer clause (B), which reads as under :- "B) The Respondent Nos. 2 committee may kindly be directed to decide and finalise the Tribe Claim verification proceedings of the petitioner of Koli Mahadev Schedule Tribe which are pending since 24/10/2021, as early as possible."

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect the Committee to pronounce it's order, on or before 21/09/2022.
