This application is filed for withdrawal of the remaining amount lying in the office of this Court.

It is pointed out that already this Court had allowed the applicant to withdraw 50% of the amount by order dated 15th June, 2022 passed by this Court in Civil Application No.7122 of 2022. The applicant, thereafter, again moved an application bearing Civil Application No.14653 of 2022 in this appeal. The said application also came to be

913 ca.11927.24.odt rejected by order dated 17th October, 2022. It is also stated in the application that against this order, a SLP was filed in the Honourable Supreme Court and the same came to be dismissed. In view of the same, this Court does not find any case is made out to consider the present application. Hence, the present application stands disposed of as such.
