The legal heirs of the deceased petitioner no.2 (Kerabai @ Rukhminbai) shall be brought on record in the writ petition and all office objections shall be removed in the writ petition, on or before 30.09.2019. Non compliance of either of the directions shall result in the dismissal of the petition without reference to the court on 01.10.2019. If the above directions are complied with, list the writ petition for urgent admission hearing on 09.10.2019.
