These petitions can be disposed of with a direction to Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to determine the amount of rental compensation payable to the respective petitioners in furtherance of the application tendered by them to the Sub Divisional Officer/Land Acquisition Officer, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from today and it is accordingly directed. 2) On determination of the amount of rental compensation, the acquiring body shall pay the amount of compensation in accordance with such determination, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from such
determination.
3) With the direction, as above, the writ petitions are disposed of.
