This is an application seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited in this court as per the award. Learned advocate for the applicant pointed out that already 50% amount is withdrawn. Considering this fact, 25% more amount can be permitted to be withdrawn.

The application therefore, is partly allowed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw 25% of the amount on furnishing solvent surety/security, alongwith accrued interest thereon. 3.
