He is seeking a direction, apparently similar to the one which was issued by the order dated 25.01.2019, calling upon the petitionerManagement to deposit the amount equivalent to the salary of the post of peon for the period February 2019 to August 2021. 2.

On 26.02.2021, Mr. Godbole, learned Advocate for the Management had sought time to explore possibility of accommodating the applicant and for making a statement. Today, he has filed leave note. Besides, no reply has been filed to the application. 3.

Considering the exigencies and the above state-of-affairs, the
