Applicants are seeking withdrawal of amount of Rs.28,49,972/- deposited by the Respondent/acquiring body. My attention is adverted to common order dated 05.03.2025 permitting the claimants to receive the amount on furnishing undertaking. 3.

Learned counsel Mr.Talhar would submit that this is one of the matters out of those in which this Court permitted the claimants to receive the amount.

Considering the rival submissions of the parties, I propose to follow the same course.

Civil application is allowed by permitting the applicants to receive the amount deposited with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
