The appeal has already been disposed of on 12.12.2019. The amount in deposit needs to be paid in terms of the order passed by this Court in the appeal. The calculations have been submitted in the application itself. It appears that there is no serious dispute regarding the same. The application is, therefore, allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
