Heard learned counsel for respondents - original claimants. When the matters are called out, no one else appeared on behalf of applicants/appellants.

Learned counsel for the respondents-original claimants submits that this Court under order dated 14-11-2017 directed the appellants to deposit the decreetal amount within a period of twelve weeks from the date of order. Despite sufficient time, since November, 2017, there is no response from the appellants for depositing the amount in this Court. Therefore, he prayed to reject the applications for stay with liberty to the respondents-original claimants to execute the award. 3.
Admittedly, this Court under order dated 14-11-2017 granted stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award passed by the Reference Court subject to deposit of decreetal amount within twelve weeks. But, the appellants did not pay any heed to said conditional order passed by this Court nor deposited the decreetal amount uptil this date. Therefore, there is no propriety to keep present applications pending for further process. Accordingly, civil applications for stay filed by the appellants-Acquiring Body stands dismissed with liberty to the respondents-original claimants to execute the award for recovery of decreetal amount within ambit of law. 4.
