The grievance in the writ petition is to the extent that salary for the period 01.06.2019 to 02.07.2020 is not released.

The affidavit is filed by the Joint Secretary, Law and Judiciary Department, that the Rural Development Department by letter dated 10.11.2020 informed the Law and Judiciary Department to correspond with the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ratnagiri for payment of salary and allowances to the petitioner. Respondent no. 1 requested the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ratnagiri under letter

2 wp 495.2021 dated 14.12.2020 to release salary and allowances to the petitioner for the period 01.06.2019 to 02.07.2020 and report to the department.

In light of that, respondents no. 2 and 3 shall disburse the salary and allowances to the petitioner as admissible for the period 01.06.2019 to 02.07.2020 within two (02) months.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
