These applications have been filed in August, 2018 for seeking withdrawal of amounts deposited by the petitioner/ management towards back-wages.

Both the writ petitions filed by the management have been dismissed by the order dated 13.10.2017. The said order dated

*2* 947ca11714a11715o18 13.10.2017 was assailed before the Honourable Supreme Court. The learned advocate for the employees places on record the copies of the orders dated 25.03.2019 passed in Special Leave Petition No.5123/2018 (Bhartiya Mahila Mandal vs. Mangal Kamble) and dated 20.02.2019 in Special Leave Petition No.5125/2018 (Bhartiya Mahila Mandal vs. Shobha Dobariyal), by which, both the special leave petitions filed by the management were dismissed by the Honourable Supreme Court. The record reveals that the management has deposited Rs.7 lac in each of these two petitions. The applicants, namely, Mangal and Shobha have withdrawn Rs.2.5 lac and 3.75 lac, respectively, from this Court by filing an affidavit undertaking.

As both the writ petitions are finally decided by this court by judgment dated 13.10.2017 and SLPs have been dismissed, these Civil Applications are allowed. The residual amounts deposited in this Court along with accrued interest are allowed to be withdrawn by the applicants.

While withdrawing the amounts, the applicants shall be identified by the respective advocates and they would also file their latest photograph and permanent address proof in the nature of Election Identity Card or PAN Card.
