PER COURT :- The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, second ground raised by the present applicant is not considered by the Court, while disposing of Writ Petition, i. e. claim of Rs.22,144/- in respect of unauthorized use of departmental vehicle, in his service period for personal use. The petitioner was not given any opportunity. 2.

The minor punishment was imposed on the petitioner. Show-cause notice was issued, reply was solicited and thereafter, decision is taken. In view of that, it cannot be said that, ground raised by the applicant is not considered. There is no error apparent on the face of record in the order under review.

In the light of above, Review Application is disposed of. No order as to cost.
