Heard the learned Advocate for Applicant and learned APP for State.

1. The learned Advocate for the Applicant prays for suspension of sentence and release Applicant on bail in connection with the offences punishable under Sections 354(A)(i), 354(A)(1)(iv), 323, 504 of Indian Penal Code. He further submits that the maximum sentence

911-(ii).Cri.Appln.2985-2022.doc awarded is only six months and the maximum fine amount is Rs.1000/-. All the sentences are directed to run concurrently. Considering the short sentence and the fact that the Revision Application may not come up for hearing in near future, the present application is allowed.

2. The Advocate for the Applicant points out that the fine amount is already deposited in the trial Court on 25.02.2020. In view of this, the sentence is suspended, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand only) and giving one solvent surety in the like amount. Bail to be furnished in the Trial Court.
