The facts of the case have been discussed in detail in an order dated 12.09.2022. The applicant had called his son as the complainant denied him to pay the money of his work for repairing his vehicle. It has been alleged that the son of the applicant assaulted the complainant with screw driver. He was arrested and the weapon is recovered.

Considering the allegations levelled against the applicant and the role attributed to him, nothing is to be recovered from him. Therefore, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order :

(A) Application is allowed.
