Learned Additional Public Prosecutor raised objection about maintainability of the present appeal, on the ground that as per Section 101(4) of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, no second appeal is maintainable. Appellant has already filed appeal to the Children's Court/Sessions Court against order passed by Juvenile Justice Board. Therefore, the present appeal is not maintainable.

Learned advocate for appellant, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to file revision under Section 102 of the said Act, 2015. Permission granted. Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
