Present application has been filed for getting the delay of 105 days condoned in filing criminal appeal. The present applicant is the original accused No.1 who has been held guilty in Sessions Case No.40 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Section 302, 394 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Biloli on 13.02.2023. It appears that the present applicant was required to give legal aid. The present applicant is in custody since 08.03.2018. Under such circumstance, for the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands condoned.
