We have heard the submissions of the learned Advocates for the respective sides. The prayers put-forth by the petitioner in this Petition in Clauses B, C and D read as under :- B) The original answer sheet of the petitioner may kindly be called for, by issuing any appropriate writ, order or direction as the case may be.

(2) WP No.5911/2008 C) The respondent No.4 be directed to make the reassessment of answer sheet of the Petitioner for the engineering mechanic subject code 12015 for summer 2012, by issuing any appropriate writ order or direction as the case may be.

D) The Respondents be directed to give admission to the Petitioner for V semester for academic year 2012-2013, and allow her to appear for V semester examination to be held in the month of November 2012/ December 2012, for academic year 2012/2013, by issuing any appropriate writ order or directions as the case may be.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that despite her best efforts, the petitioner is not responding and is not coming forward to give any instructions.

Considering the prayers reproduced above and the passage of more than five years, we find that this Petition is rendered infructuous. 5.
