The applicant - original defendant no.1 is seeking direction to the office to pay amount of Rs.4,35,000/- to respondent no.1 i.e. original plaintiff out of Rs.5,00,000/-, which has been deposited by present applicant while seeking stay to the impugned judgment. He also prayed for paying the remaining amount of Rs.65,000/- and the entire amount of interest on Rs.5,00,000/- accrued till date to respondent no.2. 1/2

It appears that, the parties have made such arrangement, in view of the compromise terms effected between them before the learned District Judge, Kopargaon. 4.

The respective learned counsel for respondents are having no objection for such payment.

In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause '

A' and the amounts be paid accordingly to the respondents as mentioned therein.
