The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has moved proposal for grant of FL-III license in respect of Hotel Tejaswini situated in gut No. 32, Plot No. 1 and 8, Harsool, Lasur Station, Tq. Gangapur. The learned counsel further submits that, the proposal is recommended by the District Level Committee and the District Level Committee has decided it. The petitioner was directed to submit the occupancy certificate. The petitioner has submitted the occupancy certificate.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice

In case the proposal of the petitioner is pending with the Collector for issuance of license as claimed, then the Collector shall take decision upon it on it's own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight (08) weeks from today.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
