Petitioner - trust is before this court, taking exception to order dated 07-05-2012 rejecting petitioner's proposal for starting an Arts college in Urdu medium senior college for women at Beed. Application had been made by petitioner for establishment of college on non grant-in-aid basis. It is submitted that the State government has a very little role to play. Proposal had been submitted for the year 2011-12. Petition has been pending since 2012 in this court.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 4 - University Mr. S.S. Thombre, on instructions, purports to communicate that new perspective plan pursuant to Maharashtra Universities Act, 1994 has already been published and in the circumstances, if a fresh application is made by the petitioner the same can be processed in accordance with law, norms, guidelines etc.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner Mr. Satish M. Godsay, on instructions, resiles to the situation. 4.

Writ petition is, as such, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to apply afresh.
