This petition is filed for a direction to respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to decide the applications submitted by the mother of the petitioner on 15 December 2007, 11 June 2018 and 15 March 2021, as also for a direction to respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to submit the proposal dated 18 June 2021 and 14 September 2021 for compassionate appointment of the petitioner before respondent No.2 authority. 2.

We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. The learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 states that a post of clerk has fallen vacant in respondent No.4 school on 31 August 2021 and respondent

2 932 wp 10773-21 Nos.3 and 4 shall process the application for compassionate employment and shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and rules applicable, within a period of four weeks. The statement so made is accepted.

In that view of the matter, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos.3 and 4 to decide the application / claim for employment on compassionate ground within a period of four weeks from today.

Needless to mention that if the employment on compassionate basis is granted, respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall send the necessary proposal for approval of the same to respondent No.2, within two weeks thereafter.
