Motion is made for clarification. It is submitted that the order of termination was challenged only in five petitions and the petitioners in Writ Petitions No. 13897 of 2019, 12830 of 2019 and 2079 of 2020 had not challenged the order of termination. The order dated 2.11.2020 would not apply to these three petitions.

Mr Hon, learned Senior Counsel for the respondent accepts the same. 3.

In light of the above, the order dated 2.11.2020 in Writ Petitions No.13897 of 2019, 12830 of 2019 and 2079 of 2020 is recalled. The Writ Petitions are restored to their original position. 4.

It is also agreed by Mr Sagar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr Hon, learned Senior Counsel for the institution that the petitioners in Writ Petitions No.13897 of 2019, 12830 of 2019 and 2079 of 2020 would be governed by order dated 2.11.2020 passed in Writ Petition No. 12598 of 2019.

C.A.No.8549-2020 5.

In light of above, the order dated 2.11.2020, passed in Writ Petition no.5259 of 2019, shall also operate in Writ Petitions No. 13897 of 2019, 12830 of 2019 and 2079 of 2020.
