The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, a reporting trustee has moved the application for registration of Mahadev Devasthan Khadka, Taluka Sonpeth, District Parbhani as a public trust on 3rd March, 2015. The said trust is not yet registered nor any decision has been taken on the application of the petitioner.

In case, the application fled by the petitioner as a reporting trustee to register Mahadev Devasthan Khadka, Taluka Sonpeth, District Parbhani as a public trust is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 may take decision on the

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
