The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the validation proceedings are pending since the year 2016 and 2019, respectively. The vigilance is also conducted. The reply is also filed to the vigilance report. The argument was also heard on 7.11.2019, but the proceedings are not yet decided.

We have heard the learned A.G.P.

The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 21.12.2020. The matter will have to be reheard by the Committee. The petitioners may put forth their grievance before the Committee. The Committee shall thereafter endeavour to decide the matter finally by 15.1.2021. 4.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
