ORDER :- This petition can be disposed of on a short count. Initially, the petitioner had filed the petition for a direction to the respondent No.5 Head Master to decide the representation sent by the petitioner and to forward the proposal for grant of approval to the transfer of the petitioner from un-aided to aided post. Subsequently, the prayer is amended on 20.1.2022 and the only prayer, which is now made is, for a direction to the respondent No.3 Education Officer, to decide the proposal for grant of approval dated 30.11.2021 within a stipulated period.

We find that the proposal is pending for more than six months now. In such circumstances, the petition is disposed of by
