ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. This is an application for bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 1D on record who admittedly died on 24th April 2021 as per the death certifcate annexed herewith. Further, there is delay of 100 days in bring such legal heirs as mentioned in para-3 of the application. However, the appellant - Acquiring Body has not brought on record the legal heirs of original respondents as mentioned in disposed of application bearing CA No. 7900 of 2019. As such, the appellant Acquiring Body is directed to carry out the amendment in view of the order passed in CA No.7900 of 2019 forthwith.

In view of the same, Civil Application No. 13256 of 2022 is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). The delay of 100 days stands condoned. The original appellant Acquiring Body is directed to carry out the amendment as mentioned in para 3 of the application within the stipulated period. 3.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
