The petitioners/applicants desire to add paragraph Nos. 10-A to 10-C so as to bring on record certain government resolutions which were not earlier pointed out.

Mr.Gunale, learned Advocate strenuously opposes the said application. He has placed reliance upon the affidavit in reply dated 29/08/2016 by which it is contended that the proposed paragraphs are insignificant and do not deserve to be brought on record. 3.

Considering the above, I deem it proper to allow this application and permit the applicant to amend the petition by granting leave to the respondents to file an additional affidavit to khs/AUGUST 2016/11855-d

oppose the amended portion of the petition.

This application is, therefore, allowed. Amendment to be carried out within 2 weeks from today. Learned Advocate for the respondents is at liberty to file an additional affidavit in reply within a period of 3 (three) weeks from today.
