Learned counsel for the insurance company has objection to permit withdrawal of the amount.

For the reasons given in the application, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 65% of the amount deposited in this Court, 50% on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and 25% on submitting solvent surety/security/bank guaranty in the like amount. Balance 25% amount be invested in fixed 1 / 2
