This is an application for setting aside abatement and for condonation of delay of (66) days caused in bringing legal heirs of sole respondent on record.

The applicants have set out reasons for delay in paragraph No. 4 of the application. Primly, the reason is canvassed about pandemic situation. Having regard to the nature of litigation and marginal delay of about of two months, it is in
