1.
Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, the learned APP for the respondents-State and Mr. R.R. Bidane, learned advocate appearing for respondent No. 3.
2.
The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 335/2024 dated 20.6.2024 registered with Udgir(Rural) Police Station, Tq. And Dist. Latur for the offences punishable under sections 406, 420, 376 of IPC and sections 4,8 & 17 of POSCO Act.
3.
This Court by order dated 14.8.2024 has granted interim protection to the applicant.

From the allegations, it appears that marriage between applicant and victim was fixed. Later on the marriage is broken and accordingly, the FIR has been registered. At the relevant time, the victim/informant - respondent No. 3 was minor and as such provisions of POSCO Act are also added.

Considering that the relations between applicant and informant are consensual and considering the fact that the parties have submitted before
ABA 1402/24 this Court that they have resolved the dispute and also applied for quashing of the proceeding, I deem it appropriate to confirm the interim protection granted on 14.8.2024.
6.
In view of the above, the application is allowed and the interim protection granted on 14.8.2024 is confirmed on the following terms : i] The applicant shall attend the police station as and when required.
