The applicant is seeking relaxation/modification of the condition mentioned in the order passed on 4th December 2014 in Criminal Application Nos.4862 of 2014 and 5195 of 2014 or in the alternate, the right to visit the family at village Reulgaon, Taluka Basmath, District Hingoli twice a week.

The application is opposed by the complainant and learned A.P.P.

However, having regard to the fact that the applicant was released about an year back and there is no offence as regards jumping conditions, it will be appropriate to grant the prayer of the applicant for visiting his family.

As such, the applicant is permitted to visit his family at village Reulgaon, Taluka Basmath, District Hingoli once in a week on every Sunday.
