The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the proposal is forwarded by the institution for modification of approval order to the transfer of the petitioner on aided post. Same is pending.

The respondent No. 2 may take decision upon the said proposal (Page 37) on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months.
