The petitioners' proposals are pending with the respondent no.2/Scrutiny Committee for validation of their tribe certificates. 2.

Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners' father possesses a certificate of validity. A vigilance inquiry was conducted in his matter. The petitioners are ready to adopt the reply filed by their father to the vigilance inquiry report and the Committee in the light of exigency may consider the proposals and decide it expeditiously.

The writ petition is disposed of by directing the Committee to consider the petitioners' request for adopting the father's reply to the

The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 16.08.2024.
