08.08.2019 P.C. :- The learned counsel submits that the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since June 2017, the same is not yet decided. The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 and 2.

In case the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the committee then the committee shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within four months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 21.08.2019. The respondent no.3 shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending.
