This petition is filed for the limited direction to Respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as belonging to "Koli Mahadev" Scheduled Tribe in an expeditious manner. Urgency for the petitioner is that he is aspiring to take admission to professional course for the ensuing academic year. 2.

Learned AGP appears for both the respondents and on instructions, makes a statement that as on today, the vigilance cell enquiry is pending in the matter.

In view of the urgency projected on behalf of the petitioner, we direct the respondent- Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner at the earliest.
