Present application has been filed for restoration of the second appeal. There were office objections. It appears that time was given to remove those office objections and thereafter, at the last opportunity, when the time was extended, conditional order was put by the learned Registrar (Judicial) that if the office objections are not removed within stipulated time, the registration will be treated as refused. It appears that during that extended period also the applicants had not removed office objections. Now, they are removing the office objections. Under such circumstance, the order

2 929 CA 2519-2019 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) on 8.8.2018 is hereby quashed and set aside. Applicant to comply / remove the office objections within 1 week from today. If the office objections are removed within that stipulated period, it be verified and numbered. Application stands disposed of.
